Nevern Square

Our project involved the complete internal overhaul and reconfiguration of an apartment within an Edwardian mansion block near Earls Court station.

The kitchen was moved into a large open plan living, dining and living space created by the removal of a wall that divided the three window front room into two separate rooms. Removal of this wall and infilling of the doorway created a large light and bright living space.

Relocation of the rear kitchen and removal of the bathroom allowed insertion of an additional bedroom with ensuite bathroom that created two well proportioned double bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. A small utility room opens up into the main hallway and contains washing machine and drier and the boiler. Flooring, wiring and plumbing was replaced throughout and new period appropriate features such as ceiling roses, cornices and skirtings were fitted throughout.
