It has been a delight to work with HoDA on the complete renovation of our 230 sqm flat within a Grade 1 Nash "Crescented" building fronting Regents Park. I worked with Gideon on our (Grade 2 listed) townhouse in Holland Park. Gideon guided us through a lengthy planning process for a new extension and a light touch overhaul of a Grade II listed house with professionalism. We really enjoyed working on the plans for our Camden house with HoDA. They really listened to what we wanted and we are delighted with the results. HoDA came up with lots of clever ideas we wouldn’t have thought of ourselves such as opening up our roof space to let in more light and adding glazed panelling. These details will make our house feel extra special. We can’t wait to get our build finished and see all their brilliant idea’s realised.
