Perrins Lane

Our project at Perrins Lane involved the extension and renovation of a 1960's end of terrace house in the heart of Hampstead Village.

White plastic cladding and uPVC windows were removed and replaced with stained Siberian Larch cladding and thermally efficient aluminium framed white casement windows. Internally a back to brick approach was used with new Lutron lighting services, electrical and plumbing installation and a new bespoke stair, framed at its head by a large format rooflight.

The upper floors house the new living spaces that open onto a new roof terrace through minimally framed sliding glass doors and the lower floor houses bedroom spaces and study.

House of Design worked closely with interior designers Interior Folk on this exciting reimagining of a mid century townhouse.
