Well Walk involves the complete internal refurbishment and rear part single storey, part double storey extension to a Victorian villa within a Conservation Area in Hampstead.  The project also involves the landscaping of the steeply terraced garden to the rear and replacement of an existing dilapidated shed with a garden gym and yoga studio.

A series of curved brick arches addressing the garden is inspired by historic orangery vernaculars and creates a formal order and rhythm to the garden elevation that is reflected in the landscaping.  Internally discreet lightwells and a double height space bring light and visual connection between deeper parts of the plan that are on different levels.

Then project is currently in the planning stage and we hope to be on site by early 2024.
